There are numerous rights of way in the parish that connect Semington with other villages and our nearby towns. Many of these are very old networks that used to be significant means of travelling from place to place. These days they are mostly used for recreation and are just as important.
The village has a rights of way group that is dedicated to keeping these routes open and safe, working with the Ramblers and Wiltshire Council to repair any damage. The parish council reviews rights of way issues at every meeting.
If you’d like to join the group, or have an issue to report such as a dangerous stile or blocked path, please contact us here.
